• Original packaging is mandatory for returns.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

• Blind Box & Bag Items: All sales are final due to their random nature.
• Presale Items: Purchased during advance sale periods are final sale.
• Opened Bath & Body / Beauty Products: For health and safety reasons.
• Opened Collectible Packaging: Collectibles (Funko Pops!, figurines) with damaged or opened packaging cannot be returned, as they lose mint condition status.

Process & Refunds
